OpenPlus Terms and Conditions

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using openplus.ai and related products and services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3) Service Description

OpenPlus provides an AI platform that can generate and transform content, including text, images, summaries, and other outputs, based on information you provide. Some features may allow you to submit links or content from third-party platforms (for example, YouTube) to be processed. Features may change, may be limited, and may require an account, credits, or payment.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or violate third-party rights;
  • submit content you do not have rights to use;
  • attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service (including via scraping, bots, or abuse);
  • use the Service to generate or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.

5) Your Content and AI Outputs

You retain your rights in the content you submit ("User Content"). You grant OpenPlus a license to host, process, and transmit User Content as needed to operate and improve the Service. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them. The Service is not intended to provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

6) Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services (such as identity providers, analytics, payment processors, and AI model providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and OpenPlus is not responsible for third-party services or content.

7) Payments and Credits (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription, credits, or other paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

8) Disclaimers

The Service and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenPlus disclaims all warranties.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenPlus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. OpenPlus's total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid to OpenPlus for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid.

10) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, or fail to pay applicable fees. Certain provisions will survive termination.

11) Changes and Contact
